This---
this is my piece of you.
I wrap in silk and tie with lace.
Protect you, deep, under my quilt,
in chest of cedar blessed by grace,
as memories stream down my face,
amid my posies, pressed.

Should I grow old,
I hope to wander
up these attic stairs to linger--
every fold of satin thought,
every crease,
a smile to finger...
trace of lace,
mystery's face,
memories now, my posies gold...

and in that moment, ever young,
once again, your hand, I'll hold.

Don't expect much from me tonight -- I's braindead. But let me say: Whoa, just like Keanu.

Was that scary or what?
