This morning I opened my email..
and there, big as life on the
                screen...
was a forwarded jpeg without any
                address..
So I clicked, wondering what it
                could mean....

It was a single red rose from a
                stranger..
       Wrapped in ribbon, with droplets
                 of dew..
I didn't think there would be any
                danger..
to leave the single red rose there
                to view....

I went through my day without thinking..
       of the single red rose,
                and of who..
       would be sending me flowers,
                not linking..
the single red rose up with you!

For the last time, I opened my email..
       and it all became clear
                (you will see),
for with your letter of love,
         came a dozen red roses,
             and a question,

               "Will you marry me?"

Butterflies...

Thank you, and you might not believe
this, but I just looked out my window
and a butterfly just landed on my
      red rosebush!!!!!!!!!
