The tear drops on my
Window, reminds me of
The tears that are
Running own my own face.

They run down so gently,
So quietly, not making
Any sound at all.

Could it be that nature
Is crying??? And if so,
What are it's reasons?
I know what mine are.

I'm crying because
I'm losing my childhood
Not because I'm getting
Older, but because my
parents aren't letting
me be a child.

They may not realize this,
But I still want to be a
Kid! Is there any hope
left for me???

Hi Psqahs, and welcome to Passions! Please check your e-mail for a special message. This poem is well done-you have expressed your wish for childhood to go on very well. It's sad when people have to grow up too fast. Again, good work!

I'm grabbing my hat and coat
I'm leaving the cat a note
Quick call me a ferry boat-getting out of town!
