The Rivers Running Wild

The rivers running wild through the canyons of my mind
Seeking every crevice and small pathway they can find
They pick up insight on the way as deeper walls are built
And then deposit wisdom on the riverbeds of silt

Streams run with fanatic force throughout this heart of mine
They seek out any spot of warmth and comfort they can find
They bring in love from others who have kindly touched my heart
And fill the chambers to the brim with ones who never part

The wind blows warm and gentle through the essence of my soul
It carries those from far away to now complete the whole
Some become a part of me as spirits intertwine
It is a fusion of the faith and Love from God Divine

Let the rivers of my mind flow free for any to behold
Let my heart be open to the ones who need the love I hold
Let the wind bring those to touch my soul, who’ve come and gone before
And those who’ve left a mark have changed my life forevermore

This magic poetry flows from you like a fountain Elizabeth. I remain constantly amazed at the in depth rhyming scop that you are. Pean seems to be your call......

"It's a fusion of the faith and love from God devine."

"Faith is the ASSURED expectation of things hoped for, the EVIDENT demonstration of realities though not beheld"............

take care precious poet........ethome......

Thank you for your wonderful comments, and Sudhir, you've got things backwards, I've been taking notes ever since you came to Passions.
Thank you
