Soul food?
What you've got
is some passion
that is best described
as a fools heart
living on life.
You want food
for what thought?
Man, get up
and sing the new
rythem you've lost.
But soul food,
I've heard rumors
that it can be
what we need,
seek to the inner
hunger we are.
That part of us
where poet meets
the last word
he ever writes
and laughs at those
trying it out.
No, we all
got to have
our own brand
of faith
that leads us up,
thats soul food.

       I really liked this one!!! Everything
  about it felt good, not to mention I like
  soul food!! Ha!!
