I'm a poor child,
Life all so wild.
17 and I'm told,
I have a heart of gold.
If that's true then answer me this,
Why is my life an endless abyss?
No where to run,
Got to escape the burning sun.
No where to hide,
I'm taken for the lonliest ride.
Divorce did my Mom and Dad,
Makes me so so sad.
Confused as am I,
Hard enough I did not try.
And you don't see,
That you ignore me.
And you don't see,
I need you both with me.
You just don't see...
How much this affects ME.
You can't see....

~I cant say I know what your going through but i can imagine...My heart goes out to you..I hope everything works out well for you too..This was very sweet.. Enjoyed it greatly~

although i can not relate to the divorce aspect, i do understand a child's need for love and attention from their parents. you write your emotions so well...be sure that you are able to share these same feelings with you mom and dad...make sure they hear you. and i'll be here listening as well.

My wife divorced me and took off with my three sons and it was a very stressful period of time for everyone involved. I was able to visit them but it is not the same as having the family together...still have sad memories today as I am sure they have...you can only do the best that you can under the circumstances...hope you are doing o.k... easy but you have many added bumps in your
road...my condolences for the recent loss of
