When Next We Meet That first moment when we crossed paths you suspended me in time. I shared my smile, my nervous talk. You shared your gaze, held to me. I left knowing little more than before... yet more comfortable than when I came. Though short in time, your touching my cheek before leaving, left a warmth of memory to sustain me unknowingly 'til next... When a warm fall day, with a hint of rain in the air brought us together, once more. Hours were filled with anticipation, explanations, indications to play on my mind, in days to come. And again, you left your mark, when your fingers graced my right cheek before parting... I came back to "Hazel Eyes" and emptiness, still unaware of the impact you would soon have on me.
