A Matter Of Play And Pay

The mind has powers beyond
comprehension, but you of little
faith do not realize this fact. Why
are you so willing to let what is
beautiful fall out and become
lodged in between cushions.

The waves of life can only knock
you off center so far, but can capsize
you only upon your request. Have
you fallen in to the realities of the
players upon the screen and have
you forgotten that for them it is a
matter of play and pay.

Do not let this life you dreamed of
slip away, it is only a matter of
turning off the fantasy’s, and look
beyond what most to believe is reality.
Life is deeper than that which occupies
your time, and what makes you think
I will be here when you realize the show
is over and someone else got the prize.

What do you think that the players of
the screen ever wonder who they touch
beyond the camera, or couldn’t you say
they just do not care or even know you
are there, to them they are acting out a
simple scene that is writtien upon paper
and played out in front of nobody like
you and me.

If I am not mistaken these actors that
you crave give quick and easy answers
on how to live life today, but never ever
play the game of life in that same way.
So please before you capsize this dream of
yours and mine, turn away to all of the
fantasy’s and spend some time with
me today.

This is in no way cutting down actors, it is my way of venting.

I seldom watch Television

Replace the television with a good stereo and put on some really good tunes.  Good venting you have here and I can understand your frustration.  Really nice piece

Rex,
I don't watch any either, and I do not know if this makes me notice it more but that D--- remout is going to vanish!!!!

Mark,
You are so right and what is not funny is that I can have the stereo on so high the house shakes and it does not faze so and so.

Ma,
Thank you a book would keep me from trying to fix the unfixable.

Marge,
Thank you, you are so loving to me, you know what is so funny, well not funny but you treat me better than anyone in my life
right now and no one except friends on this web site will have anything to do with my writing, I wonder how many other poeple on this site have it this way to???

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart,

Love, Cerenity

Cerenity,
excellent!!!  You have hit the nail on the head, too often do we not see the reality of things because we're still wanting the fantasy!!

A well-versed, well-written rant!!!

Superb!

Cerenity a great message. I rarely watch tv these days. I tend to spend most of my time in Passions. PLease tell me the people here are real and not actors. LOL

Janet,
You make me laugh as well I have four of those 450tys I can make the house shake rattle and roll like a typical Ca. earth quake and those batteries are Bunny garenteed to out last ANYTHING, and how do you figure they could possiably have the right to complain about our writting.

Hi Sven,
I guess they feel no reality worth the trouble, but I can not get by missing even one of mine or someone elses with out putting so much of myself into it, expecally if I am supose to.

Brian,
I have not of yet found a untrue soul in this place, and if I did its only because they have not yet opened up to the love and friendship that resides here.

Thank you all for your so kind replys and friendships.

Love, Cerenity
