Sweet baby of mine trust in me The baby insect steps to the edge in fear Mamma insect is right there "Mamma I'm not ready" Mamma says, "head up flap steady" Baby falls before she is ready Mamma screams, "flap steady, flap steady" Baby flaps hard and strong Mamma begins to sing her song SWEET BABY OF MINE TRUST IN ME WE SHALL FLY SO HAPPILY I LOVE YOU THROUGH ETERNITY SWEET BABY OF MINE TRUST IN ME WE SHALL FLY STRONG AND FREE OUR LOVE OUTLASTS INFINITY SWEET BABY OF MINE TRUST IN ME |

~Aahh,...I'm flying. *Sigh* This is the gosh darn coolest poem Insect. It's gets your heart sort of pumping when the mamma insect says head up flap steady, and then all calm again when she sings her song. Whew,...you've done well. Such a message in this. I adore it. brought a smile to my face..keeping fingers crossed that the baby insect learns how to fly real soon...or perhaps not, for then Mamma insect will sing more sweet goodie songs such as this!! |
