I felt the rain overflow in my eyes when you told me you loved me though your calm voice was no shield against your darting eyes. The storm caged forever in my soul was given freedom and even if just for a second I felt so blissfully complete. But my words betray my heart as they always do, though life is too inevitable to be infinite so my heart betray me. No, I'm not crying you know i never cry I'm so sorry but I can't love you -libby- |
