The End, Chapter III [inspired by Sven]

It is today
swirling around me
I touch all things
all things touch me

everyone has a twin
where is mine…
out there
somewhere

there, on the other plane

Does she look at herself
and think of me?
What does her heart see?
Are we a repeat of history?

Have I done things not yet imagined?
Did I impact your life?
Am I but a dream?

Is there an opening to this plane
one to step through
knowledgably?

And if I touched it
would it shimmer?

Am I a better person on the other side?

Am I despised there?

Do I cry?

It was there, on another plane
      in another life
         in someone else’s dream
somewhere amid star shine and moon’s beam

today I wonder
when all things foreign seem right
                       deep in night’s night
                                  in the absence of light

today, I will wonder of me there, on the other plane…in the real reality…

there,
          go I.

Yes, yes, yes.  Three installments, three yes's... Wonderful work Sunny.

Just wonderful Sunny!!  All of it. . .just an amazing story. . .

And it actually brings up another part of "Past Lives". . .is there a twin for all of us?  Someone who is not related to us, but who is like us in almost every way??  And not just in appearance, but in spirit?  In other words, a SPIRITUAL twin???  Did we go through experiences with them?

Wow, too much to ask. . . will go to Feelings with it. . .

Again Sunny, these were just amazing poems. . . and I am glad to have inspired such thought in you. . . 'tis a fascinating subject that you talk about here. . . the journey continues. . .

Karilea,
The end is often only the beginning...

I watched,
  from a faraway watchtower,
    gladiators fighting in
      a distanced arena

I heard,
  sounds loud and screams wild,
    of passionate anticipating spectators
each shouting, encouraging their own bet...

Suddenly,
  the referee surprised all, announced
"STOP! Time for recess, for its time to
let the sun lend its serene light to the warriors...

It was the moment of quietude,
A moment for sanity of souls.

I heard,
a soothing voice descending from the heavens
the skies spoke, poetic words, three verses
dubbed it the beginning, the middle and the end

What followed,
was a captivated audience with ears
tuned to the most beautiful poetry
that they could have ever imagine

What followed,
then at the end of it all was a beginning
of a sustained applause, delirious cheer,
from a wild crowd, enraptured by divine sunshine

It was the moment of appeasement,
A moment for apreciation of art.

I watched,
  from the faraway watchtower,
all I heard was WOWs and Hurrahs
all I understood was Claps Claps Claps

I still watch
   from the faraway watchtower
     only this time I join
I join in the crowd's applause

For I have become the crowd,
I have become the enraptured audience...

HURRAHS to Karilea, the sunshine of our hearts.... HURRAHS

Regards,
Sudhir

Sudhir, the most beautiful compliment I have ever received...

I will never be able to thank you, nor Sven, for helping me ...

it is indeed a tribute to all poets who share...
