My Loneliness

Laying in my bed
Every cold dark night
Thoughts running through my head
Tears blurring my sight.

It's hard not to feel so alone
When I never hear the blarring
of the phone.
I dont hear many knocks at my door
It makes the loneliness so
much more.

Sometimes the tears sting my
eyes,
Not one person hears my lonely
cries.

I dont know how long this can
go on,
Everything in my life seems
so wrong.

People can come and go,
But in the end who do I
really know.

I dont think i know myself
anymore,
Its not the same,
Not like before.

The pain in my life has
to fade,
Everyday
I look at the mess Ive made.

I do try to make myself feel
good,
Like the way I really
should.

Happiness is something that
i really miss,
but how can I be happy feeling
loneliness like this?

Heaven's Tears

When life around you
doesn't seem all that sweet
When approaching a new day
brings forth all your fears
When the petals of your heart
have no sun to greet
You find yourself wishing
for a drizzle of heaven's tears

When love turns to pain
hidden deep within the soul
When trust is shattered
by the one you hold dear
When chambered walls
resist your life's goal
Reach for the stars praying
for a mist of heaven's tears

Lift your head high
pay attention to the wind
Have faith in your new path
blaze it full of cheer
For as you glance forward
from the sky it descends
Not a drizzle nor even a mist
but a downpour of heaven's tears

Mark Bohannan

Hope this helps.  I have often felt the way you do and I know the pain leaves many scars.
Take care my friend.

I love this, I've felt the same way many times, I really hope you can feel some happiness some time soon, at least with yourself,
Love&Hugs.

The tragedy of it is that nobody sees the look of desperation on my face. Thousands and thousands of us, and we're passing one another without a look
