He's perfect in the morning
his eyes still heavy with sleep
His beard rough and ragged
   dark against his cheek.

He's perfect at midday
   after working in the yard
With sweat upon his body
and dirt smudged across his face.

He's perfect in the evening
fresh and ready for some fun
With laughter lighting up
   his eyes

He's perfect in the nightime
   held close upon our bed
Sharing pleasure and passion
   till the morning sun.

He's perfect in my eyes
in my heart and in my soul
My partner, my soul mate
   my lover...my own

How perfect this piece is
As I sit and read with a grin
How perfect it made me feel
To wonder of love like this again

How pefect the love behind it
May it always glow so bright
How perfect is the one who wrote it
To love with so much light

~Paula, I truly enjoyed reading this, again and again!
Very well done Ma'am
