As the water trickles down a stream
So also does my life
Trickle down the path I walk
In joy and peace and strife.

And each trickle leaves a ripple
Spreading further wide
Consequences of each choice
Stretching to all sides.

The choices I make will trickle down
Affecting others' lives
All I want is for the best
For what they work and strive.

My life too has been so touched
By ripples such as these
Affecting and persuading me
Where the line will cease.

Each life will touch another life
Changing it somehow
You may never know how you've changed
Lives, back then and now.
