Recipe for Life I believe... there is a life beyond the one we currently live. I believe... there is a consequence for every one of our actions. I believe... in rolling around in the grass until the knees of your jeans are green. I will never... degrade or belittle someone to make myself feel better. I will never... take my anger, frustrations or dissapointments out on a child. I will never... streak naked across a college campus...again. I believe... there is a special love for everyone and that he or she is worth waiting for. I believe... there was a man named Jesus who died on a cross for me and now sits at the right hand of God. I believe... sometimes it's okay to leave the house with no make-up, mismatched socks and bad hair. I will... wake up each morning thankful for each and every blessing God has bestowed. I will... try to see the good in every person that I come in contact with. I will... never wear black tights with a white skirt. I do not believe... there is life on other planets. If there is water on Mars, this simply means that Mars is wet. I do not believe... in keeping emotions bottled up. Contents put under pressure will explode. I will... do more than rhyme words, I will learn the art of poetry. I will... read more poems than I write. I will... never again be flattered by a man who thinks I'm "sweeter than a new set of snow tires." I will... be a woman. I will... be a poet.
