Alone I lie in agonizing wait, hopeful for something,anything,maybe an embrace. Was there a hint that was missed, or maybe just simply wished? Hopeful,forever hopeful,that I could open your heart, and show you how deep what I feel for you beneath lies,we would never be apart. I melt when I look into your eyes of heaven, stopped,captured,my heart pounding. Inside i'm shaking, feeling my heart won't stop breaking. Being near you I feel your soul, but it feels as if there's always a toll. If I paid that price would you let me near, or keep me away out of fear? Given a chance you'd see, that my love flows freely. One day..... :*)Agile in love,while rooted in soul |

welcome to Passions, little cookie. i do hope your stay is long and enjoyable. great poem. very expressive. lots of raw emotion. ---- Being near you I feel your soul, but it feels as if there's always a toll.
