wishing wells remind of days within my past happy days of child hood ones that never last dreams of happy fairy tales like marrying a prince dreams that die as one grows as life becomes more tense dreams I once thought almost came true dreams I held fast too untill they turned blue i have a little wishing well set neatly by my door my dreams live there it holds them with care it is my dreaming store and when I am feeling blue I toss in a dime then I have another dream to bide my time so go ahead and wish my friend throw your pennies in 'cause when you have a wishing well you have a forever friend.... |
