Ah rain.....
   droplets from heaven
      softly-stroking
      the dry-crumbling
           earth of my
       soul

captured and stored
   within the fragile
       beaker
        of my heart

  but rain

   disappears
     moisture-lost
evaporating into the
thin air
      becoming mist

      mist
       the mystery
    within my soul
it hovers over
          and around
   the seasons of my heart

       you
     are not rain
    but the mist

that I have missed

ah rain,
you drench
  many a scorched soul,
mend
many a broken
  heart's pain,
soon with little
sunshine patch,
  you move away
  becoming pleasant
mist

mist is
as whom,
   you stay back
reminding me of
  jolly yesterdays
cool saturdays,
pleasing each day....
.....

O, Angel of darkness, you have penned a very good poem here, so vivid in images, and so pleasing to this eye to read ...

regards, sudhir.

AngelGirl !
This is just beautiful !
Not 'dark' ... just 'mist'-ifying !

'captured and stored

Dark Angel,

I have spent a few hours today reading your poetry. Most all I have read is outstanding.
In the relatively short time span of these works, I have noticed marked improvement in your ability to deftly stroke your words into pictures. This one I think one of the best so I brought it back. Hope you don't mind......jamie

Angel I think you described how I had been feeling this past while. 'The dry crumbling earth of my soul...you've described it perfectly! Well written my dear. Love the imagery
