Time He stares out of the window, but he doesn't really see. He remembers the days when he was wild and free. In his mind, it is not spring. In his eyes, he is lost. On his face, there is no smile. On his heart, there is frost. He sits in a chair as life slowly passes by. The only sound you will hear is a sorrowful sigh. His bones are weak. His body is cold. Time has gone... and made him old. --You can either take me as I am...or you can watch me as I go.-- |

TA* This is a touching piece, I had a vision of my grandfather while I read this, he died a mere shadow of his former self, so sad to watch someone so strong fade. You are on a roll girl! Thank you once again for sharing your gift of weave~ |

It is so nice to have a place where so many people understand this uncontrollable urge I have to write. TA, So sad and touching. Reminds me of my grandfather when he died. Had alzheimer's and didn;t even know any of us. Brought tears to me eyes just reading this. Very sweet. Great writing.
