I've fallen again
and
I'm not crushed

I am broken
into tiny fragments
on the floor

The glassy pieces
of loss in
recovery
lie on the ground

Waiting

Just waiting for those same
feet to come back
and step on them
This soul should
suffer

He
took away
my delight

The sugary substance
that helped me
live

No,
two deaths

Two new deaths appear on an obiturary
Fragile glass flowers
died today

no given time

Ashely that was so beautiful and sad. a vert delicate piece. I really loved the lines

Two new deaths appear on an obiturary
Fragile glass flowers
died today

and impact of the last line is really powerful

no given time

an excellent poem.

"Take nothing but pictures. Leave nothing but footprints. Kill nothing but time".

Baltimore Grotto

"To be nobody-but-yourself-in a world which is doing its best night and day, to make you everybody else - means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting."

E.E Cummings.

"Art is a lie which makes us realise the truth." Pablo Picasso

"We Irish are too poetical to be poets, we are a nation of brilliant failures" Oscar Wilde

I must say this is very sad.
The choice of words you used painted quite the picture here.
Lovely poem Ashley
