In my dreams is where she stands
In hopefully not so distant a land
Oh my how I long to take her hand
And just gaze into her eyes as long as I can
In my dreams is where I dare
To linger and steal a kiss from such a fare
Maiden, one who wipes away all my fears and cares
So that all I see is she, and my heart lays bare
In my dreams is where she flies
The wind in her face, as she soars high
The warmth of the sun, radiance in the sky
My beautiful floating butterfly
& In my dreams is where I lay her down
On Rose petal sheets without a frown
& In her love and in her trust is where I drown
And we fall asleep without a sound

Brandon this brought a big sigh. Very tender and romantic! I love it! I love the end here, but I can't pick just one line.
These were my favorites...
Maiden, one who wipes away all my fears and cares
So that all I see is she, and my heart lays bare

In my dreams is where I lay her down
On Rose petal sheets without a frown
& In her love and in her trust is where I drown
And we fall asleep without a sound

Beautiful!

Very very sweet J, I knew you would present a good par for the joust going on around here. Tho' it seems to have lost it's momentum (I was enjoying thoroughly the trip to medieval England!)
