As We Shed The Night
~*Marge Tindal*~

From the shadows of dream
you smile with delight
leaving me alone
as morning sheds
the comfort of night
Yet you cling to the very
fabric of me
stirring the day
with sweet memory

Ah, Marge.  You make me wish I could sleep at night like the rest of the world.  To wrap up in your favorite blanket and drift effortlessly off to sleep.  Oh, what a wonderful feeling that must be.  Thanks for a lovely read.

An excellent verse.
