Love's Potion

In love's purity
The brush of fingertips says we care
In sync and fused, the perfect pair
Souls to each other we bare

In love's lust
Our bodies erotically entwined
Shameless soft skin, are ties that bind
Making love with heart, soul and mind

In love's heart
We feel but one emotion
Two fools, adrift out on the ocean
Since having drunk love's potion

"To be nobody-but-yourself-in a world which is doing its best night and day, to make you everybody else - means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting."

E.E Cummings.

"I know I believe in nothing but it is my nothing" -faster MSP

"And you see, I kind of shiver to conformity
Did you see, the way I cower to authority, you see
And my life, it's a series of compromises anyway
It's a sham, and I'm conditioned to accept it all, you see" six by Paul Draper.

"We feel but one emotion."
This is the love that I want.
I was thinking yesterday that I keep telling a certain woman I love her and she tells me she loves me...but we haven't even built a solid friendship yet.  I need to start asking her things like how is her mother and her daughter...and is their anyway I can help her as a friend.   James

This is a wonderful poem. . . full of passion and desire. . . said in just a few words. . .

"In love's heart
We feel but one emotion
Two fools, adrift out on the ocean
Since having drunk love's potion"

Brian, thank you.  I will meet you in adult.

James, relax and just let nature take Its course.  She will see just what she has in you in time.  I have always seen it.

Martinque,thank you

James, Captian Morgan's?  You know I prefer red wine.  And as for my spell book, well..I could tell you......but then I would have to kill you!

Mike, thank you very much.  I am glad you liked it.

Jan, you don't need a poet to drink up the magic potion.  You and me are heading to pick up some sailors in adult!

Sven thank you for your compliment, but, I believe the spell book is mine!!!

Kit, thank you.  I always enjoy your posts.

Hi Marina,  I had to go back to page 10 to find this and get your e-mail address.
I did talk to Lena and I did ask her about her mother and her daughter and some friendship kind of things...I am making some progress...I am so excited.   James
