I hurt you.. too many times I know... I couldn't love like you needed couldn't let it grow promises shared promises broken hurting torn shattered love trusting noone feeling betrayed left without hope in our home can't go back or change what i've done I know it's not fair as I wipe away a tear I can't say I'm sorry though you know I am words are without meaning when you hurt those who care so go now and live your life and I'll be on my way we will always have a common bond of the love that we shared they will understand when they're older how much we once cared...... |

WOW!!!!! Give me a minute to remove my heart from my throat!!! This reminds me of that Dixie Chicks song "You Were Mine" there's a line in it that goes: "I can give you two good reasons to show you love's not blind. He's two and She's four and you know they adore you, so how can I tell them you've changed your mind?" Sarah... Liked this one very much. Not that it made me happy, but in a strange melancolistic way it did after all. The mix of heartbrokenness and romance makes it a poem that makes you think... Keep ´em coming Sarah... -nando- Ask me how to live your life, and this to you I´ll say: make your choises true and wise, so that when tomorrow will arise, you´ll smile at yesterday... |

"Words are without meaning when you hurt those who care." Words always have meaning but sometimes they are said at the wrong time. Speaking from experience it is an accumulation of hurt that finally drives a person to say no more...it is finished...that person had a chance to prove they care for me or love me and now time is up....James |
