You start to touch my skin,
The sensation rushes from within,
The hairs on the back of my neck,
Stand, as my senses become a wreck,
The only thing I know,
Is I shouldn’t let you go,
I want to stay entwined,
Until the world has left us behind,
Just you and I,
Until the day turns into a night sky,
Next our lips meet,
You nearly knock me off my feet,
With sensations so strong,
I know I could do no wrong,
I’ve lost all sense of time,
This has become sublime,
My mind is so clear,
Letting you go is my only fear,
As we pull away,
My thoughts never stray,
I just want to touch your lips,
If not with mine, then at least with my finger tips,
Touching yours, we are back holding hands,
We both know there are no plans,
I may not have voiced my feelings avowed,
To a large crowd,
But that is the least of my concerns,
The most is, how this returns.

Thank you for your replies.  I'll try to get around to posting more.  Your encouragement really helps right now, when I am questioning my writing ability.

Once agian thank you, I started doubting myself after an English teacher ripped this one a part(it was the first time I turn in a poem to a teacher in over four years.)  I have to say in the two days that I have been here, I seen wonderful and passionate poems, keep up the good work all of you.
