I can hear the words they do not say,
they don't want us to wonder why.
But you were taken away from us,
and you were to young to die.
We won't forget you, don't worry,
you'll always be in our hearts.
They can put a million miles between us,
but we'll never be apart.
When a tear falls from your eyes, don't worry,
one falls from our eyes for you.
Cause all the pain you feel,
we can feel too.
You'll never see another Christmas,
you won't make Confirmation.
although you won't be here with us,
you'll still be at graduation.
A tear falls from heaven,
each raindrop falling by.
We just want to be with you,
so we can tell you not to cry.
We just want you to remember,
you know we'll remember you.
So can you put our picture on your wall,
we'll put you on our wall too.
Shine down on us, just like you always did.
Shine down on us, your smile never hid.
Shine down on us, just keep us with you.
Shine doen on us, that's all you need to do.

A tribute to Jesica.

I can't see at all. Even if I could it would all be great, to put your picture on my wall, it reminds me that it's not so bad, it's not so bad.

I think this is written very well, it's excellent.  I think the poems you've written about and for Jessica have all been really good.  Keep up the great writing

Both parts are beautiful. I just read Part II first so that they could be in the order they were posted. I am sure that Jesica has read these poems and is watching over you. Wonderful tributes.

I can honestly say that this is probably the best tribute I've read so far.

"Shine down on us, just like you always did.
Shine down on us, your smile never hid.
Shine down on us, just keep us with you.
Shine down on us, that's all you need to do."

Geez...you just made me teary eyed
