Daniel…

Your father didn’t want you
But I did and still do.

I was young, only 15,
I didn’t realize you would effect me.

I thought him punching me,
Would end it all.

But I didn’t anticipate,
Thinking of you for the entirety of my life.

He said he loved me, but he didn’t,
He got what he wanted but more then he expected.

I know you floated up toward heaven,
And now I just want to be able to hold you.

You are my son, and that will never change,
I just wish I had had the chance to hold you.

You’d be almost 2 now,
But your dad took you from me.

I cried when I knew that I’d lost you,
I couldn’t feel you, but knew you were there.

I still think of you every day,
You will always be apart of me.

put their name in a circle, because a heart can be broken
but a circle is continious.

Tamma,

I hope that this doesn't apply to you, but if it does, I'm so sorry for what you've been through. It has to hurt to lose the life you carried. I hope writing this helped some of the pain. Thanks for sharing. If you ever want to talk, feel free to e-mail me.

Tamma-
I am so sorry to hear that you
had to go through something like this.
It had to have been very painful for
you, and I am sure it still is.
You've done a wonderful job of
expressing your feelings for your son.
My heart goes out to you.

   hugs,
   -vicky

This is so powerful and sad Tamma...if you ever need an ear, give me an E-mail.  Exellent work at portraying your feelings, keep up the great work.

Thanks everyone....this happened like, forever ago, and I try not to let it bother me anymore. If I would have had my son, Justin and I would not be together today, so I took the bad to get to the good.
