This is the follow-up to my other poem Truth. I worte this day that I found out my G/f's Dad was okay with us being together. The two words that I speak about are..."It's okay." Hope you like it. Freedom Today, I have heard the news, the words I've longed to hear. Just two words have set me free. Yet those two words held the key to the bars around my heart. Those bars have dropped and my heart is freed. Free to love, free to care, free to feel... Free to run to you. niceguy "Don't take love for granted...once it's gone, it hurts." |
