I wrote this a little over a month ago when a situation came up that caused me to almost lose my best friend. I was a nervous wreck trying to get her back. I wrote this late one night while trying to figure out what to do. And don't worry...everything is fine now. Hope you all like it.

Friends...

When a friend fails a friend what does it mean? When two people who care about each other beyond what words can descibe, run into a wall...that they can't seem to get around or climb over...what do they do? Do they fall apart? Do they try to work it out? What? Will their friendship prevail? If it doesn't what does it mean? Was all the tears, joys, good times, hard times, and the time spent together nothing? What did it mean? If it meant something why can't they work it out? Why can't they show the other that they still care? Who's to blame?
Is it one or the other...or both? If that friendship can fall apart what does that show?
That nothing is invulnerable? That everything has a weakness...a point where nothing can save it? No matter how hard someone tries? That no matter how strong you think you are...you can still be thrown to the ground? Forced to leave someone you love? That no matter what kind of ground you think you are standing on...it can still give way and cause you to fall? Can two wrongs make a right? Can two people mend their broken hearts? Or will they drift so far apart that nothing can bridge the gap? What do they do then? Do they give up on each other? Let the other leave never to be seen again? Or does one wait for the other to make a move? Should one step out and be met by the other halfway? Can they ever be friends again? Or are they destined to become strangers? Only time will tell.

This was great. Like silver said, one mistake does not constitute for losing a great friendship. Glad you solved your differences!! Good luck!
