You know what?  Passions made a whole new forum for teens to use, it's called Teen Explorer.  It's been around for a couple months now (I think), but hasn't seen much usage.  I think that's crazy.

The idea for the forum is that you can go there to get help on a poem, it's a place to get deeper feedback, somewhere to post challenges, discuss poetry, and I'm sure do a lot more things.  Please, at least go visit the forum and try it out.

If people do not start using the forum I'm sure they will close it and than teens will only have one active forum here.  I think we can all use the forum to grow as poets, so please go visit!!!            I'm begging you now, just imagine me down on my knees pleading with you all just to try it out and see if it is worth keeping.

I thank you for you time
as you listened to my whine
I know you all can visit
Teen Explorer for just a minute
See what it's about
And learn why I pout
Because they may just close it
If you don't stop in for that visit!

You could go and do a discussion on why you write poetry and why you think doing it from the heart is the best way.  Or something like that.  You don't have to limit the use of the forum.

Hey. Go there!!!! It's a great atmosphere. I like. Explore, don't limit yourself!!

I've been there and nothing really happened.......it didn't appeal to me. But im an open minded person........you seem to like it a lot and i tend to swing on things you like lake......so i'll stop over tomarrow cuz tonight im busy......gotta take a bath NAKED and call my X and reply to the other poems on this forum. So tomarrow I promise you on my life i'll check it out with a little bit of an in depth interest thanks to you. Consider yourself lucky buster....hehe.....

Yes, the Teen Explorer forum hasn't seen a lot of activity, and that's a shame. The Teen Explorer forum is for your use. It's a place to recieve advice on how you can make your poetry better. I hope that everyone goes over there and checks it out!

False gems may shine as brightly as the genuine article, but there are always those who can tell the difference.

I'm glad to see a couple people have stopped by.  I really don't love the other forum, but I'm just wondering if people even know it exists.  It's there to be what we make of it (within some guidelines, of course).  I just thought people should know they're thinking of closing it because no on uses it.  Maybe it could help some people, maybe not.  If it doesn't help than certainly they should close it.  But I think if people want another place to go than we should try to keep that option open.  Ok, enough typing
