Note: You don't even wanna know what i think of this poem. What Love Brings: The point was reached. Quite early it seemed. A lesson was teached. My hells light beamed. Time was robbed. My heart just dropped. Even tears had sobbed. A lonliness caught. Such can be The ways of things. I come to see On what love brings.  "I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust." I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them! |

the poem was great, as always dude. yet you know i dont beleave in it. i think that love, as a institution, should not and i do not see how it could hurt. now the problem comes when with love one starts building atachment and dependency. San, the wise San, the dumb San, the guy... |

Felipe i am not saying that LOVE is the culprit of my hurt. I am simply stating that I found out on what love brings along with it. Which can most often than not be the contradiction of love which is the epitome of evil itself.....heartbreak and so on. "I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust." I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them! |

Great job on this Dopey, I like the last stanza the most for some reason. "Such can be The ways of things. I come to see On what love brings. " "Disagreements stimulate thought, thought stimulates action, and action stimulates life." --Me!! |

I love the poem, but disagree with some things Dopey. Love only brings happiness, but deceit from one brings all the pain. I see no changes, wake up in the morning I ask myself, "Is life worth living or should I blast myself" TUPAC SHAKUR |

Acire i completely agree with you. What i mean by the poem is this...... im not saying love is bad in any sense......i believe that love is 100% good and the completely essence of greatness in itself. What I am saying in all this crap is that love is grand....and often when something grand is taken away from you , you basically go to hell. If you love somebody and they leave you.....you're in this bottomless pit of depression. Now i know that LOVE itself doesnt bring this pain, but at the time......in the time of my depression and hell (which im still in but not as bad).....the view point was me thinkin that in love ending it brought this pain upon me. You get me? ok bye "I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust." I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them! |

For me I think the worst pain was when me and my best (guy) friend hooked up...He broke my heart so bad that I didnt think I would be happy again for a long time...Love is good but the pain it brings is the worst... Dopey~Keep up the good work!!!I hope to read some new ones soon!!!(for now I have to read all the poems that I missed) ~*Love is sometimes like a rose. Beautiful in the beginning but dies in the end.*~ |

What do i think of this poem? Well frankly i was surprised when this got like 10 replies because i think it completely and utterly sucks. I think this is by far one of the medium worst ones. Not THE WORST cuz you haven't seen me at my worst hehehe.....but i despise this poem. I posted it up just for the heck of it. I like to get feedback on whatever.
