I can remember so clearly,
Every thing that you did.
I can replay the whole day,
And the hateful words that you said.

I tried to stay strong,
Said leave if you must.
But what killed me inside,
Was your total lack of trust.

I thought we had a good thing,
I guess it was only a dream.
I should learn to remember,
Things aren't always what they seem.

We just got back from the movies,
Then you said that we wouldn’t last.
You said that I wasn't ready,
You wanted to go too fast.

What happened to the promises,
"We'll take it one day at a time",
So I am a little precautious,
Since when is that a crime?

Your words made it so easy,
To just forget what we had.
Now you want to get me back,
Well, sorry, thats too bad.

You might have got a second chance,
If you never had abused me,
Or planned to get me drunk,
Just so you could use me.

It is time to move on,
And leave the past behind.
Go get yourself a life,
As a favor to mankind.

This poem was incredible!! Guys are so stupid sometimes but im so glad that you didnt give in to him just to make him happy. Great job!!!

Well damn, this guy was oftly dicky to you. I think these are the kind of guys that give us sweet, sentimental ones a bad rap. Down with them! Well i'm terribly sorry that crap had to happen to you but at least you didn't go through with it cuz then you'd be in deep doo-doo! Anyway loved the poem, good attitude. Move on with your life and chillzzzzzzz......adios!

Thanks to all of you guys. There are quite a few jerks out there...Otherwise I would have had no reason to write this. But I guess there are still some good guys out there, I just need to find one>
