Ok guys i wrote this when i was goin to my room and i saw my dad watchin tv and he looked so innocent it was painful for me to watch. enjoy!

I see my daddy sitting there
Looking lonely as can be
You should see the look on his face
That only I can see

He looks so sad and gloomy
I mean why not?
What is now cancer
Was once a small knot

I look at my daddy
And try not to cry
Please dear God
Don't let my daddy die

You dad will get through this girl...Just stay strong and believe that he can do it...And show him that you will be there for him...Try not to cry (even though I know that hard) it shows sign of weakness...I will keep him in my prayers...Keep up the good work!!!

Hey there girlie! What a wonderful poem! I really enjoyed, I'm so sorry that your dad has been diagnosed with such a horrible disease. Be strong, and do remember that it is ok to cry, but do not lose your strength within those tears. Best of luck my dear.

Oh my gosh! This is so sad!   My grandfather died of cancer when I was 12. He had won the battle once but the cancer came back 5 years later and it had spread through all his organs. The pain of watching him slowly wither away in his hospital bed was excruciating and It is something that I will NEVER forget, no matter hoe much I try. I can relate to what you are feeling. Be strong. I'll be praying for you.

Best wishes,
Suga

*Dang* girl...this whole thing sucks so bad, it shouldn't have been Dad.  Grrrr, but I guess that can't be changed so we'll just have to beat this crap.  Hey, go hit the bleachers a couple times...just don't break your whole arm  .  Great poem, keep it up
