ok so this is pretty bad in my opinion but i decided to post anyway...i wrote it today anyway...was a little distracted..

I'm soaking in some sort of liquid,
enclosed in a warm strong hold.
I'm being tube fed pills and vitamins,
makes me dead in the head.

Strangely i dream of electric waves,
transforming and entering the shrine.
i hear someone speaking to me of some god,
he's all around us and in the T.V.

Conformist rituals embedded in the schools,
follow the leader, makes us insane.
Lobotomy desire in my heart,
implanting me with a mechanical brain.

Cut the cord to start a revolution..
Save Yourself From This!!
There is no such thing as love..
it was just made up to comfort..
so kill the pain, kill your love.
i don't even have to buy into this,
i was born from the start.

"'I am the the lizard king
I can do anything
I can make the earth stop in its tracks
I made the blue cars go away

I liked this poem a lot.
"There is no such thing as love..
it was just made up to comfort.."

I loved those lines because i, at times, believe that love is this selfish thing that humans feel for their very own comfort. For the sense of belonging and stuff. I obviously do not think that at all any longer , but i did. I liked those lines a lot. Great job Anomaly.
And yes......1 poem a day, People are getting used to my 3poems a day thing. Anyway....just to let you know......The 6th Round is going strong.....107 works in that one. 96 poems, 3 songs, and 8 Prose. It's heading strong. Anyway great job on the work and i hope to see more bud.
