An old muslim women, with her hidden grace,
in one hand some fruit, the other her place.
she meet a fair peacock and gives her smooth clay
the peacock rejoices and in return wishes to pray.

For all eternity the Mother grows weary
the rivers her blood, the blood that is draining.
the desert is approaching, with certainty for death,
the steeples are falling, and the sand is gaining.

Rolling through the streets, electric in the air
we're being taken over, except it's Euro air.
Monsters develop wheels, and thunder down the street
the street is bleeding fumes, developing our feats.

I travel to a waste land, and atomic afterworld
kids are crying, the masses dying
need to swallow something solid, bones are breaking
we've got plenty more room for loosing.

Cats with jewels embedded on them,
howling through the night, enveloped in a cycle
the animals are roaming and all are spreading life.

Atop the beauty of this world, everyone from peacocks to lizards,
the mechanical heart is approaching..
and this slender women called Africa
spreads her knowledge,
spreads her death,
spreads her love,
kills the rest,
lets this invasion conquer us all,
but life still goes on from top then fall.

"'I am the the lizard king
I can do anything
I can make the earth stop in its tracks
I made the blue cars go away

I really liked the style of this poem. Could you elaborate on the meaning of this poem a bit deeper anomaly? I'd like to fully grasp this poem. But it rocked!!

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

well basically in this poem i am talking about the diversity of a world, the beauty, the culture, the deprevity, the modernization, and finally the decay. If you notice each stanza begins with one capitalized letter...they all spell out Africa...personally i don't believe africa is the only place this poem relates to...if you want more explanation on specifics feel free to ask dope.
