I've posted two of these poems before, but this is the entire series, as I've finaly gotten around to finishing it. Fire falls Fire flys Fire all around But when the time comes The fire heart Will burn itself to ground Water flows Water sinks Water all around But when the time comes The water heart Will erode away the ground Wind risses Wind falls Wind all around But when the time comes The wind heart Will blow away the ground Earth is burnt Earth is blown Earth all around But when the time comes The earth heart Will always stand it's ground. I loved the poem, very creative. Reminds me of a captain planet episode....actually all the episodes, but it was a very fine written and expressed poem. Keep it up bud! |

Captain Planet had NOTHING to do with the writing of this poem, actually four poems (one for each of the four elements). Actually, I hardly even remember that cartoon wait . . . was that the dorky dude in spandex who . . . wait, that was a lot of the cartoons I used to watch (and still do). Dopey, Thanks, always like to hear that people think my work is creative. Kristi, You know, you are the ONLY person who ever calls me Sammers, oh well, I don't mind. Thanks for liking my poem(s).
