~Parents~

warm, friendly

caring, loving, guiding

guides, models, lights, truth

glowing, knowing, understanding

praise, acceptance

This was my stab at a diamante, tell me what you think. Thanks.

Love,
~Jeremy~

Well, I don't know what a diamente is, and I could just go look it up but I'm being lazy tonight   I really like it though, it really captures the role of a parent.  Great job

Well, I ran by one on a webpage and it described what one was, but I cant find the site anymore. I think it was something like the first line is a topic, 2nd line is two adjectives to the topic, 3rd line is 3 adjectives with "ing" to the topic, 4th line is 2 things describing the topic, and 2 words describing the last word which is "guiding" in this situation, then the 5th line is 3 "ing" adjectives describing the last word which was "truth", then 6th line I think is 2 adjectives describing the last word which was "understanding". Then the last line is a word opposite the title. I hope this makes sense!

Well done! This is the first diamente (pardon my spelling from this day and forever) I have seen in a long time, though I remember doing one in sixth grade. You've got it exactly right. Way to go! Anyways, I like reading all y'alls poetry cause it cheers me up. And I need to be cheered up.

Don't wander throught this glassy surface, expecting to find more than me, because what I am without a purpose, but a lone mirage to see.
