This will be the year they cry... A senior now, how the months flew by. I want to live, and learn, and try... Let's go out and have the fun we've earned. This time I'll have a date for the dance, I'll attract a love with such romance, I think this is the year, my second chance. I know in the end this time it'll be my turn. They gather around the school, and know it not which one to choose, just who can win and who must lose. One lucky guy for each of them, to be with them for the night. But I look at these girls and sigh, in the end it's hard to lie, when your life is flying by. Realize this, will it matter? Just who it was you took with you on that flight? In the end you may turn and frown... Why you turned it all upside down, picking your date for that night on the town. Most important in the end, is who it was, that was your friend. |
