Nifty, a lot of people are like that. Nice way of expressing it.

It is so true that many of us hide behind our user names, become people we aren't.  Great work!

This is a great poem, but I don't see why people find the concept disturbing. I've found that people tend to be more open when they're online. I dunno if this could count as an example, but I've never shown any of my friends the poems I post here. I do know that a lot of my friends are more open whilst online though.

i agree with lurdburger~~~how people are more open...cuz what if your mad at someone its not like the people you tell can tell can say anything to anyone you know...its just like being secretive...

The beauty of poetry is that it can be taken in so many ways.  Yes, this can be disturbing because it represents those sick people who come online and find little children to molest, but it also represents those who are more open and friendly online.  I know I wouldn't share my poems with just anyone    Thank you all for reading this and replying!

You are wonderful with these, but I must say this is a disturbing thing...you can't even be safe in your own home or office. I wish they had internet police...now theres a plan!

Thanks for the reply, sometimes I think that's a really good idea.
