K, personally, I do not think this is one of my better poems, then again, i haven't posted many of them. Anyways, this is not my only perception of love, just one side of it. And, I was not in the best mood when I wrote this.

Love is like the devil
It like to take your soul
And you'll find that where your heart once was
You'll only find a hole

At first love will deceive you
You think nothing can go wrong
But once you have been hurt by love
You sing a different song

People think love's a blessing
The best thing found on earth
But love's mission is to hurt you
From the moment of your birth

What I suggest is avoid love
It's not worth all the pain
Broken hearts and break-ups
Are too much to sustain

oh wow this is perfect!!!i love it..."you think nothing can go wrong" is my favorite part...cuz it seems thats what we all think when we get into a relationship...keep up the good work...by the way welcome to passions!!!

I don't think I've had the chance to welcome you either, so Welcome to Passions! This poem captures how most people have felt at some point in their life. You've put it into words in a great way. Thanks for sharing
