Well it's here now, huh?
This is the time...
I've waited forever to be a whole being...
My crazy life is coming to a fork once again.

As I contemplate my boring Saturday,
I feel it's better than my hectic Sunday.
I know I will have to decide between them soon.
A happy medium seems lost on me...

Worry about the things I cannot change.
Ignore it all and feel the same.
I am scared of tomorrow,
I am repelled by tonight.

The time has arrived...
In my room, I sit.
It is upon me, no looking back.
The time is here, it's time to decide.

Based on my upcoming senior year, all the pressures I've experienced recently with my relationships with men, and a lot of other decisions I've needed to make.

Oh Jenn ... you've penned some powerful questions and thoughts here. You seem to be at a time in life when decisions can be so difficult, but I sense a positive flow in your poem that leads me to believe you've come a far distance already, and are willing and ready to move positively forward.  Good luck in your upcoming senior year!

Best wishes,
/Kit
