The first time your lips touched mine in a kiss A sign of love you just couldn't afford to miss A girl with the loveliest eyes A guy you thought sweeter than the skies The crush who felt for you just the same That wedding day when it suddenly rained Getting over being afraid of the dark Not sure if you left a romantic spark Jealousy that we've all one day felt Many problems that some day will be dealt The good times when we were oh so young Fairy tales and rhymes that were gleefully sung Our teddy bears and fuzzy blankets, too Being in love for the first time with you The stars, the moon and all the landscape That made this world split and seperate That surprise that made you feel kinda scared Or that person you lost who just might have cared Small momments combined together to create Things we can never forget to this date All this and more, don't you see Are things we should remember utterly Tell us what you think because then we can write more poems together!
