I remember when you said we would last an eternity But that seems so far away I remember that look in your eyes when you told me you were leaving I remember all the tears that ran from you soul to mine cutting me inside like sharp glass To this day I cannot forget you precious To this day I still picture you smiling at me and being with me forever To this day I question myself why you had to leave was it something I did or didn't do To this day I question myself how can I live if I don't have you To this day I wonder if I hadn't given you enough of my love or attention But the only reply I got from you was that it was over and you know why [This message has been edited by TrueLUV (edited 08-10-2000).] |

TrueLUV: This poem highlights the simple message and gives enough info to know that someone you obviously cared for deeply has left you. Unfortunatly, as the wheels of life turn, people come and go and sometimes the pain never leaves. But keep your head up and like 'DancinQueen' said, things will get better.
