I can't do this it's to hard,
Come on Minna you can do it,
No I can't.

My legs are tight I cannot move,
All I do in this hospital is sleep eat,
Waiting for a vistor to cheer me up.

A nurse comes in she herd me screaming,
She gives me meds threw my IV,
I fall asleep again.

My dad comes and asks them what happen to her?
"we don't know"
My dad wakes me up I see tears in eyes.

I want to go home
I miss everyone
I hate this place

(Couple years later)

Lets go Minna you can walk
I take a step into freedom
I'm so happy.

But then a spasm comes,
I cry no one knows how to help,
They quikly get me to the mat.

I say dad I'm going to give up on walking
No honey please don't,
But.........

(Summer 2000)
I'm walking!

Keep hope in you, Keep, dreams in you, And you'll be fine - Unknown

Wonderful Minna! What an inspiring poem ... with a lot of work and hard effort, we "can" all reach our dreams, thank you for this lovely reminder straight from the heart!

Best wishes,
/Kit
