I look beyond body, words and touch
To find humanity as close to perfect

It doesnt exist, I cannot persist

I search through every little object
Looking, hoping and trying to survive

I wont last, It's all in my past

I choke on words, and feel a rush
My body trembles in excitement over you

Will this be real, or away will it peal

We all look, for something, or someone
Luck is never on our side, its against us

Story of our lives, you hear the little cries

Maybe just once we'll be fine for a while
In the end I hope we all find what we need

A real romance, A loving trance

jeremy~~~good poem...for some reason we all look for the PERFECT person but never find it...we find someone in our own book that we call perfect...one day i hope that you find someone that you can call in your thoughts perfect...well i dont know what im talking about...so keep up the good work!!!
