I know that life changes, as things come and go
Time rearranges, and people do grow
But whatever you do, and wherever you'll be
Remember someone will always love you...
(and that someone is me)
Your smile is the sunshine that forever lights my way
And I'll never forget the first words that swept my heart away
So don't ever feel that you and I have lost touch,
That could never happen because I love you so much
We both already know it wasn't meant to be

All beautiful things in this world can't compare
To the laughter, the smiles, and the love that we shared
And even though it all has faded into the past,
The commitment to our friendship forever will last
From the first moment that magic had taken its start,
Forever and always, you've been number one in my heart
I'll always be with you, and I hope you can see
That someone will always love you...

Again, wonderful poem and great job! The rhyme works really great and you've definitely got real talent.

That poem was great, I wish I was still friends with my past ex, the one I lost my virginity to. Its awfully hard, but I guess were not meant to be as anything, well anyways that poem was sweet and wonderful.
