there is a boy a boy who seems so sweet so sweet you want to melt melt all over his heart his heart is "kind" "kind" enough to say "i love you" "i love you" is what you say back way back, in his past, there is a truth a truth that you ignore ignoring it is your worst mistake the worst mistake you could have made he has made you a different person a person just for him for him to do anything with anything that he pleases pleasing him is what you want you want to do it more than anything anything in the world, just to keep him to keep him with you is another challenge another challenge that is impossible its impossible because his past comes back to haunt you haunt you all the time time passes, his calls stop he stops talking to you tells you he likes someone else that someone else is your best bud bestest bud in the whole world shes the world to you you let her have him to be kind kind to your best friend, who wouldn't? she wouldn't for you for you, she just leaves leaves you out in the cold so cold, theres no thanks no thanks for letting go letting go of the boy you liked you liked him, but loved her lover her, but not enough to tell tell her what his little secret is his little secret is the one from the past the past that you let slip by slip past your fingers, and his lips his lips that touched yours softly so softly that its a secret too a secret you must keep deep down deep down inside of you for no one to see no one at all all the things in his past are true so true you couldn't change it it was too powerful too powerful for anyone anyone would say "its not true, ill give him a chance" a chance that would change your life your life, but not his his life just goes on on and on, with you not in the future of it it is all true, he is a player a player no one can change changing girlfriends, no wait wait, thats not it, not girlfriends never a girlfriend, always a friend a friend "with benifits" benifits that end after theyre taken taken away from you and you, you of all people all the people in the world, were fooled fooled by a boy a boy that seemed so sweet so sweet he made you melt melt all over his heart his heart, which isn't broken not broken, because he has a back up a back up that you don't have you have a broken heart and something else something else you never had at the start the start of this whole "relationship" relationship, right, thats what you were thinking thinking, now, you realize what other thing is it is...a guilty conciense *this goes out to someone i know that is a player...this whole thing happened, always with another girl, he got to me, i actually fell for him, and got a broken heart, i still cant believe i dropped EVERYTHING....for him! haha...but im over it now...and so is he...of course..he ACTUALLY has a g/f now! its kinda funny...hehe...but hes still a pretty good friend!* |
