*~*I Love You...I Need You...I Miss You...*~* I love you I need you I miss you It hurts to say your gone Gone, not coming back again I can see you at dawn But it all causes pain I love you I need you I miss you I know your looking over me Guarding me from all harm I wish that you could be Down here in my arms I love you I need you I miss you You live in my dreams And in my mind And it always seems In my heart your what I find I love you I need you I miss you You were the perfect person Perfect in every way That makes this situation worsen It hurts more everyday I love you I need you I miss you You lightened up my life Planted a smile on my face Now i just want to take a knife And make you and I in the same place I love you I need you I miss you My whole body shakes I feel that I can't go on Every part of my heart aches I still can't believe you're gone I love you I need you I miss you You were the best Why did he choose you? You had to go to rest But what did you do? I love you I need you I miss you My heart falls Lower and lower And my mind suddenly recalls It seems to beat slower I love you I need you I miss you Your smile made me melt It's a feeling I could never forget I wish I could feel the things you felt And maybe I could pay your debt I love you I need you I miss you I know you don't suffer anymore But why couldn't it be me? I would've fought your war And made you free I love you I need you I miss you They say all things have reasons for happening But I still ask why Why did you have to be the one to get your wings? Why did you have to be the first to fly? I love you I need you I miss you You're the one That I hold tight In the morning sun And in the middle of the night I love you I need you I miss you I still talk to you As though you still are here I ask you what I should do You tell me not to have fear I love you I need you I miss you I know we'll always be together In my heart, mind, and soul You'll be my angel forever You plus me equals a whole I love you I need you I miss you Just remember this I want to see your face first When I go to heaven, because its you that I miss And its you that quenches my heart's thirst I love you I need you I miss you |

Whether you think this is your best work or not, it's excellent. It made me cry, and when you touch someone that much with a poem, it's definitely done something. I had a friend die of cancer and have not fully recovered, but it's great you were able to write something about someone who means so much to you. |

I know this was posted a while ago... but I was looking through some old stuff and found it again. all I can say is "wow" I, too lost a very good friend of mine, but to a car accident. Death can be so tragic, and I know exactly how you feel. I can't find the words to console you, only because I know that there really aren't any. Stay strong and keep writing. |
