I've thought about you night and day,

I see you in my dreams and the moment I wake up

I hope that I will soon tell you how I feel
because I can't keep this bottled up inside me
because with every passing moment I feel as if Iam going to cry out to you and you won't hear me

I feel that my love for you will soon be confessed to you

I'm sure many of us can relate to this feeling...well done work, but I suggest that you reformat it in verse form, simply so it would be easier to read.
