Happiness I stand still as I watch happiness run past me I chase after it hoping to get a little of it But it's too fast I ask myself in vain, "When will it be me?" But I know the answer Because she's always there, standing in the way It's not her fault But what else can I do? I just want to be with you I stand still as you run past me I turn to run after you, but I can't move Because there she is, standing in between me and you ~Everyone can master grief, but she that has it. |
